Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actor. Her most well-known role is the roles she played in television series The Shield, and True Blood. In the years since her debut, she's shown her ability to perform on series such as Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. The first time she was noticed was for her performance as Anna in the film Assault on Precinct 13. It was however her portrayal of women's liberation activist Fannie Louis Hamer in the documentary film All the Way, which earned her the respect she deserved as an actress. Hind was praised for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series for a 3rd season. Hind completed filming recently for the Hollywood flick Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is due to release in the middle of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj, who was an Army Scientist, who passed away on March 18 2017. She as well as her mother Vrinda are both homemakers. Aditya she is an engineer with the merchant navy, and also her brother, works for her. The brother of Bachchan co-produced and wrote the movie Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. Bachchan attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family moved to. She finished her secondary education in Jai Hind College for a year prior to enrolling in D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. The college scored 91% on her H.S.C. exams. She studied music and classical dancing for five of her years as an young adult. Her favorite study was zoology. Bachchan was a student of architecture when in 1994 she won the title of Miss World. The title made Bachchan a star in the world of modeling. The lucrative work she did for PepsiCo Inc. & Vogue magazine as well as her deal as a spokesmodel in partnership with L'Oreal Paris were all rewarded in 2003. The year 1997 was the time she played two acclaimed parts: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hogaia. Bachchan became famous during her role in the New Bollywood because both films transformed the Bollywood film genre on its head. Bachchan became the Queen of Bollywood with her portrayal of Paro the betrayed love In Devdas, (2002). Devdas was one of Bollywood's biggest successes. It also was the first film that was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Following that her performance, she received praise for her part as Chokher Bal (2003), an intense drama based off Rabindranathtagore's novel. In the that same year, she got named the first Indian actress on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan starred on the screen in Gurinder Chatha's Bride and Prejudice. It was a musical and dance version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan was able to bring both her glam power and beauty to her most acclaimed English film. The return of Bachchan to Bollywood was in Dhoom: 2 2006 before she made Provoked A True Story (2006). In April 2007, she was married to Abhishek Bachchan who is a frequent co-star and the son of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of the most powerful Indian people.
